Toxin Reviews publishes peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary research on toxins, specifically their characteristics, activities, and mechanisms of action from the full range of clinical and scientific disciplines on which toxins impinge. The journal focuses on current topics of interest such as chemical warfare agents, including their detection and analysis, and the potential clinical benefits of snake venom toxins, such as treating acute ischemic stroke and aiding blood coagulation.
